Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all refurbished laptops and electronics sold by WeFurbTech. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

WeFurbTech operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once a refurbished product has been sold and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, performance expectations, or compatibility issues.

2. Refurbished Product Disclaimer

All products sold by WeFurbTech are refurbished devices. Minor cosmetic signs of prior use may be present and are not considered defects. Customers are advised to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

3. Repair-Only Resolution

In the rare event of a manufacturing or functional defect, WeFurbTech will provide repair support only. Replacement or refund requests will not be entertained.

4. Limited Return Eligibility

Return requests will be accepted only for verified manufacturing defects and must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • No return requests will be accepted after the 3-day usage window
  • Issues arising due to software installation, user handling, or external damage are not covered
  • Battery performance variations are expected in refurbished devices and are not return-eligible

5. Exclusions from Returns & Repairs

The following cases are strictly excluded:

  • Physical or liquid damage after delivery
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Software issues caused by user-installed programs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues reported after the stipulated 3-day period

6. Inspection & Approval

All return or repair requests are subject to internal inspection by our technical team. WeFurbTech reserves the sole right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

7. Shipping for Repairs

Customers may be required to ship the product to our service facility for inspection or repair. Shipping timelines and procedures will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
